Love Without a Label

A car accident, a suicide and a murder come together to heal.

“The reality is, that even if I thought I broke because of you, I was already broken in so many ways before. Your death just finally shattered me so I could start the journey of building myself back up. Picking up the pieces and putting myself together the way I deserve to be.”

Hurt, feel, release, and heal.

“Just because you cannot see us does not mean we are not here.”

-Excerpt from love within death

Hurt, feel, release, and heal.

Expressing my truth in this real raw way took me years to get the courage to do. Losing the love of my life broke me into a million pieces and I suffered in a way I didn’t think I could. But it also allowed me to experience a love beyond one I knew possible.
Grieving alone and in silence is something I’ve done since I was a young child and carried over with many loses I’ve had in my life. This one was one of the most profound ones I went through. After years of writing poetry to help me heal, I’m finally ready to share some of the pieces I wrote so that others can have more understanding to this and feel more understood if they share similar dynamics.
